How long would it take to receive an order?

Delivery time is estimated based on the item ordered and shipping location. Readily available products could take around 7-21 days to be delivered and Made to order products could take around 15-20 days to be delivered. All the shipping and delivery information will be informed to the customers on regular basis.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping charges are applicable on all orders below INR 2000 to all locations with in India and orders above INR 2000 will only be eligible for free shipping to all locations with in India.

Do you ship to all locations in India?

You can check the availability of your pin code from our website while placing the order. If your location is not listed, then we request you to contact our customer care executives.

Do you ship Internationally?

Presently, no. But we ship to all major locations within India.

Currently, we do not provide COD pay option to any location.

What are the available pay options?

You can do your purchase with online and offline payments. Online payments like credit/debit card payments, net banking from all major banks is accepted and offline payments are accepted through cheque, cash deposit or money transfers.

Currently, we do not provide an option to cancel your order.

In what cases can I return my product? 

In case, the product you have ordered is received defective/damaged,or if the product ordered is different from received, or if you are not satisfied with design, then you may be eligible to return the product in unused condition with its original packing along with original invoice/certificates to obtain refund within 15-days from the day the product has been received. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.

Do you offer FREE return shipping?

The cost incurred for the return shipping shall be borne by the customer.

Can I return any type of product that has been ordered in JewelNidhi.com?

Return policy is not valid for customized jewelry, gold nose pins/gemstones/gold coins/ silver coins/silver jewelry/gift vouchers/gift cards and digital gift vouchers.

What is Lifetime Exchange and Buy back?

Our flexible Lifetime exchange/money-back policy authorizes our customers to exchange or upgrade or encash their jewelry at any point of time. Based on the current market value of the product with deductions towards making charges and INR 500 towards processing fee, the exchange/money-back value will be calculated. JewelNidhi offers resizing and repairs to all the products purchased at JewelNidhi.com.

What will be repair/resize charges?

Resizing and repair charges vary from product to product and will be decided by JewelNidhi. Shipping charges incurred for resizing and repair requests shall be borne by the customer.

Schemes

How do I pay monthly installments?

Monthly installment should be paid consistently within 2 to 3 days from the date of enrollment to the scheme. Payment can be done online/offline. Online payments like credit/debit card payments, net banking from all major banks is accepted and offline payments are accepted through cheque, cash deposit or money transfers.

What if I discontinue?

If the customers discontinue to pay consecutively for more than two months, then the scheme would be automatically terminated and the customers would get a credit of the amount paid to their JewelNidhi online valet.

What if I delay the payment?

If the customers delay the payment, then there would be increase in VA and would request you to contact our executives.

What if I want to close the scheme before the maturity period?

In case, if the customer wishes to close the scheme before the completion of maturity period, then the customer will not be eligible for any bonus and can utilize only the accumulated amount for their purchase.

Can I pay multiple installments in a month?

Absolutely, you can! Multiple installments can be paid in a month, but until the maturity period gets completed, the customers would not be permitted to avail the benefit of the schemes.

Can I encash the accumulated amount from my scheme?

Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances, as per Government regulations.

What if I don’t purchase the jewelry after the completion of my scheme?

The accumulated amount from the scheme will retain in your JewelNidhi account and can be used at anytime to purchase jewelry.

Can I buy any type of product for the accumulated amount?

Yes, you can! If the chosen product exceeds the scheme amount, then the customer should pay the amount before the dispatch of the product.
