Registration Process
There is no mandate registration process to shop online at Jewelinidhi.com. There are two provisions to shop at JewelNidhi, one with a simple signup process using either a mobile number or email ID, where the user has to enter personal information like address, name and contact number etc. The other provision is “Guest user”, where the users can shop and checkout without any signup process.
The registered users will be receiving reward points worth INR 250 only as an introductory bonus once upon their registration, which can be redeemed in the their immediate purchase, whereas “Guest users” will not be awarded with any such points.

In case, if the price of any listed product is less than its actual price, then our executives will contact you before shipping or cancelling the product.

Cancellation & Returns
In case, if you find the delivered product defective or not satisfied with the design/quality, then you can easily return the product within 15 days period with all the certificates/invoice issued to you. Once the product is returned, the amount will be credited to your Jewelnidhi account with which you can plan your next purchase. No cash refund is provided for the exchanged products. At present, we do not allow any cancellations of the orders placed. Eventually, we would consider to revising these policies.
Applicable laws
Browsing of this site and the Terms and Conditions will be governed in accordance to the Andhra Pradesh state laws that might be applicable under principles of conflicts of law.
